American Cycle Performance offers a full range of machining services for Harley Davidson Engines.

Whether we are doing a stock rebuild or high performance modifications, virtually all machine work is performed in house allowing for closer monitoring and control over the more critical factors that affect performance and build quality.

ACP offers basic cylinder head rebuilding to OEM specifications, competition valve jobs, oversized valves, custom porting and polishing modification as well as installation of manual compression releases.

With the aid of our Flow Bench we are able to achieve considerable horsepower and torque gains verified through dyno testing once the engine is assembled.

American Cycle Performance also performs head decking, rod sizing and case boring to accomodate larger cylinders!
